Our team works fast without sacrificing quality. Once you share your project vision and any design files, we’ll connect you with one of our in-house textile designers. They’ll review your ideas and provide tailored design concepts within 2-3 business days.

Throughout the process, you’ll have direct communication with your designer to ensure every detail aligns with your vision. Once the design is finalized, our production team begins crafting your custom pillows or fabric. Depending on the scope, you can expect the final product to ship within 7-10 business days. How are your custom pillows and fabrics made?

At Loomly Customs, every step of the process happens under one roof. After you’ve collaborated with our textile designers, we handle sourcing, manufacturing, and delivery in our Austin-based workroom. This streamlined approach not only ensures top-notch quality but also reduces lead times significantly.

For custom pillows, we craft each piece to your specifications, whether you need bold patterns, textured materials, or minimalist designs. For custom fabric, you can choose from our wide range of high-quality textiles or even provide your own material (see next FAQ). Can I provide my own fabric for production?
Absolutely! If you have a fabric you love, our COM (Customer’s Own Material) service is perfect for you. Once you send us your fabric, one of our textile designers will reach out to discuss your project in detail. They’ll guide you through options for creating pillows, cushions, or other soft goods that perfectly match your style and needs.

Whether you’re providing fabric for a single piece or an entire collection, our team will ensure your materials are handled with care and turned into high-quality, finished products. You’ll be updated every step of the way, so you know exactly what to expect.

How should I care for my custom-printed fabrics?

For best results, machine wash your custom-printed fabrics in cold water on a gentle cycle using mild detergent. Avoid bleach and harsh chemicals. Tumble dry on low heat and iron on the reverse side if needed. Some delicate designs may require hand washing. We include specific care instructions with each order as requirements can vary based on your chosen fabric and printing method.

Do you offer color matching services?

Yes, we offer precise color matching services to ensure your custom designs meet your exact specifications. Simply provide us with your color references - whether it's a Pantone code, physical sample, or digital swatch - and our expert team will match it as closely as possible using our professional color calibration system. Please note that slight variations may occur due to different fabric materials and printing processes.
Can I order pillows in different shapes?
Yes! We offer a variety of pillow shapes including square, rectangular, round, bolster, and lumbar pillows. Our most popular sizes are 18x18", 20x20", 24x24" for square pillows, and 12x20", 14x36" for lumbar pillows.

Do you sell curtain hardware?

No, we do not sell curtain hardware. We specialize exclusively in custom curtain fabrication. For hardware needs such as rods, brackets, finials, and rings, we recommend visiting your local home improvement store or specialty window treatment retailer.

How do I measure my windows for custom curtains?

To measure for custom curtains, start by measuring the width of your window frame and add 4-8 inches on each side for optimal coverage. For length, measure from where you plan to mount the rod (typically 4-6 inches above the window) down to your desired endpoint - either to the windowsill, below the sill, or to the floor. For floor-length curtains, subtract ½ inch from your measurement to prevent dragging. For fullness, we recommend ordering fabric 2-2.5 times the width of your window.
